The diversity in the types of stressors for every individual can be different depending upon the ways in which an individual can accomplish specific organizational and personal goals (Hitt et al., 2018). The command over management, monitoring and regulation of job activities is important to be developed and practiced by working individuals (Helzer & Kim, 2019). Two organizational stressors present in my organization are work overload and management style (Hitt et al., 2018).
